Terms and Condition
- The warranty as mentioned below are given for Carrier and Toshiba Air Conditioning and apply according to regions listed in the warranty card.
- This warranty is valid for 1 (one) year after the date of purchase for parts damaged during the production process or errors in the manufacture of goods production.
- Special for Compressor, the warranty 3 (three) years after the date of purchase. Warranty only for designated parts, not covering of service charge, repairs, maintenance and recharging Freon.
- Show your warranty card and your purchase receipt to our officers.
- This warranty does not apply to the following matters
- Damage caused by misuse
- Damage caused by repairs carried out at repair workshops or by a branch service, in addition to the PT. Berca Carrier Indonesia- Damage caused by factors that can’t be controlled or events outside powersuch as fire, natural disasters and others (force majure).
- Damage caused by the use of which does not correspond to a nominal voltage of 220V + 10% and / or a change Voltage and Hz high / low result in damage to transformers and / or NZR.
- Damage caused by the installation that do not qualify, such as pipes that do not fot standard pipe length, the placement of the outdoor unit that is not accordance with standardized mounting / lack of air circulation, and more
- If the requirements listed in the warranty card is not filled
- If the serial number does not exist or changed items
- Warranty card does not match the goods repaired or made amendments to the contents of the warranty card
- The unit falls, or transferred to another place without our knowledge
- The product has been changed at the request of the buyer / parties so that the situation changed from the original (not standard) or become damaged
- Items that do not have a warranty card (lost or can’t be shown)
